I just got the pc and everything is allright but something is different… the graphics card is not white, it came in black, not as showcased. A big boomer if you are looking for a clean white setup.

I am a newbie when it comes to desktops and gaming as I have purchased this to replace my aging Razer Blade 14" Gaming laptop that had a 3080 in it. If you are coming from a gaming laptop, this will be a night and day difference! Even the fans are much more quiet than a typical gaming laptop on max fan speeds, for obvious reasons. This is also my first gaming desktop purchase. I am going to be contacting Best Buy support to try and get a complete list of each component that was put into the desktop, but I have gotten to know some of the internals: It packs a TUF Gaming RTX 5080 Overclocked version with 16GB GPU RAM. It has an ASROCK motherboard, 32GB Thermaltake DDR5 6400 Memory, a Thermaltake AIO 360MM, and 1TB Kingston SSD. I have been tinkering with the BIOS and will share what worked for me to obtain just under 80C Cpu temps when gaming. By default the CPU was well over the 95C mark during gaming and benchmark testing, so these settings were applied to lengthen the lifespan of the components. In BIOS, Undervolt -50mV, set Power Limit 1 to 245W and Power Limit 2 to 235w. Max Watt Limit was 400w by default, I dropped it to 310W. Set CPU Fan speeds to max, and turned on the XMP profile for the RAM. Dynamic memory boost was set to enabled, and Boost was enabled to ASROCK DRAM Frequency Optimization. In XTU I set the P Core to 60x and the E Core to 47x. In MSI Afterburner I undervolted/ overclocked by raising the MHZ in the curve editor to run at 3000MHZ for 950 mv, set the Memory clock to +1750 and power limit to max (111w). This gave me 34.9k score in Cinnebench r23. I am getting around 95-130 fps in 4k ultra settings on a 65inch Hisense 4k 120HZ TV for Call of Duty Warzone. I have yet to test other games at max settings. This desktop is truly amazing! With a bit of tinkering and patience you can adjust your undervolt to keep the temperatures in that sweet spot of under 80C. I absolutely love the desktop and I am glad I purchased through best buy so that I have warranty on it and good customer service. The desktop is bigger than most towers so I would take that into consideration as well. RGB is nice and all the parts have it. My ONLY recommendation would be to have the newer v2 Ultra Thermaltake AIO cooler that displays the CPU temps /voltage /usage in the LCD panel that covers the cpu. Otherwise, I am really happy with this purchase and hope that it will be a somewhat future proof device as it was a $3,100 investment after taxes. The attached photos are my settings in MSI Afterburner, XTU, and BIOS (The values on the left in BIOS are my settings, values on the right are default settings). Happy gaming!

I purchased this PC in the store at Best Buy had it delivered four days later I paid extra shipping to have it delivered early. It came today with little to no instructions as to what the 500 extra cords and plugs are for but i follow the quick setup guide plugged it in turned it on and it wasn’t working nothing would show up on my monitor. After 15 calls to thermals customer service I finally got someone on the line who sort of disconnecting the GPU and reconnecting it which also didn’t work so I took it to Best Buy geek squad looked at it and realized that the bracket that’s supposed to support the weight of a 5080 GPU wasn’t even in the computer yet so the GPU was sagging and it was broken the connections were broken and loose as well as the DDR ram. Now I have to wait an additional two weeks to get the new replacement and at this point I haven’t decided whether I just wanna go back to Best Buy and tell him I don’t even want this thing anymore.
