Good pc, bad support.
The pc itself is quite powerful. DDR5 is a bonus during the ram shortages going on. However, the bios was outdated when i recieved it. And navigating cyberpower customer services was a nightmare, essentially being told that i can update the bios by updating the bios and being provided no detailed instructions to resolve my issues.
