Omron - 10 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor - Black

This is the best BP cuff I have ever had! So many plusses and works Fabulously!

Very disappointed with the product. I purchased Omron thinking this is a trusted brand. There are many smaller and much cheaper brands out there. But, I purchased this more expensive product from a “trusted” brand. I took some measurements yesterday Oct 7, 2026. I was very happy that this BP monitor seemed to be working. This morning - does not work anymore. All I see is “Er 51”. Tried everything. Took out batteries. Just used plugin with no batteries. Still “Er 51”. Message to the manufacturer - Who are you trying to sell this product to ? Extremely high tech people who will chase down Er 51 and trouble shoot. You have a somewhat “giant screen” on the BP monitor”. And all you can show is “Er 51”. Please pass this along to your product developers. This is not acceptable. Use your big screen on the monitor. At least try to show a somewhat user friendly message. Btw, I searched in AI tools. One AI tool has never heard of “Er 51”

From the moment I unboxed it, setup was effortless. The instructions were clear, and the cuff design is comfortable and easy to position, even when using it by yourself. The large digital display makes it simple to read your results, with clear indicators for systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings.

Love this new machine. Cuff is firm fitting, much nicer than the cuff on my last one that I had to tighten the Velcro strap. Easy to read screen and keeps track of previous days reading. Batteries and plug in...make it very versatile.

Wanted to step up to a Bluetooth monitor to automatically feed results to an app. This monitor works well and interface with app is seamless. Cuff style is also a plus as it partially wraps around my arm and stays in place while securing with the Velcro end.
