Comfortable and sturdy right out of the box

I just set this chair up and have been in it for about four hours so far, and I'm already impressed. Assembly took a bit of time but the instructions made it straightforward, and everything feels solidly built — no wobbling or squeaking. The lumbar cushion and headrest make a noticeable difference for posture; my back doesn't feel the usual strain I get from my old office chair. The recline goes back much further than I expected, which is great for taking a break between matches, and the armrests move easily into whatever position I need for typing or gaming. The height adjustment and swivel are smooth too. It's early days, so I can't speak to long-term durability yet, but for the price, the comfort and build quality are already exceeding my expectations. If it holds up the way it feels right now, this is a fantastic value for a gaming/office chair. Highly recommend so far — will update if anything changes after more use.

    Super comfortable chair!

The seat and backrest are really soft and provide great support, even after sitting for several hours. The cushions feel plush without being too squishy, and the included lumbar and head pillows make it even more comfortable. Assembly was straightforward, and the chair feels sturdy for the price. Definitely a great value and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable gaming or office chair.

Takes a while to put together, but worth it

Assembly definitely took me longer than I expected, but once everything was put together, I was really happy with it. The chair feels solid, the cushions are comfortable, and the footrest is a nice bonus when I want to lean back after work. For the price, I honestly think it was worth the extra time putting it together.

  • What are the exact dimensions of the largest unboxed parts (backrest & 5-star base)? I plan to pack the disassembled parts into two large checked 28-inch suitcases for an international flight and want to verify if they will fit flat.

Hi jamattan!-Thank you for your inquiry regarding the GTW-950-BLK! The dimensions of the disassembled components are as follows: - Backrest: approximately 28.7 inches (H) × 21.3 inches (W) × 4.7 inches (D) - Five-star base: maximum diameter of 27.2 inches Please note that these measurements are industry reference values based on the GTW-950 model; actual dimensions may vary slightly, so please use these figures for reference purposes only.

  • I am a bigger person weighing 270 what would be a good gaming chair to buy

Hi customer!-Appreciate your interest in our GTW-950 gaming chair. Its weight limit is 300 lbs. At 270 lbs, you will be very close to the maximum rating. With frequent reclining and long hours of sitting, the chair components may wear faster. We recommend our TGR1059-BLACK-BBY big and tall gaming chair, rated for 350 lbs. It is built specifically for larger users, with an extra-wide wingless seat cushion and strengthened mechanism, and it still has all the ergonomic features you want for gaming.

  • What material is the upholstery made of? I wanted to know whether the outside material is made of some type of leather and if so, whether or not it was derived from animal skin or not.

Hi Tristan-This chair is upholstered in PU (polyurethane) leather, featuring a polyester fabric backing. It is not genuine leather. The material is soft to the touch and easy to clean and maintain.
