Acer - One 10 - 10.1" - Intel Atom - 32GB - With Keyboard - Silver

I love this 2 in 1. I did a lot of research looking for a cheap 2 in 1 that would still be able to run Microsoft Office, photo editing, and yWriter. I have a business and wanted a system that could handle everything I needed it to do. I looked at a lot of devices and they all seemed to have sacrifices or a higher price tag. Most did not have a rear camera on the tablet part which was a downside as I wanted one for my photography, this one does! This 2 in 1 is ultra portable because it is about the size of a book and lightweight. It fits easily in a small backpack or purse. I have had this computer for a month now and have added programs to it that have used up half of the 20gb hard drive space that is actually available on it. Despite having so much of the hard drive space used, this computer is still fast. It can not run more than 2 programs at the same time effectively, but it does multitask with those two programs well. I have not had an issue with it randomly freezing or shutting off as I have with other 2 in 1s I have played with. The touch screen is easy to use and doesn’t lag. The only downside to this 2 in1 is that it is only 32gbs, but this can be easily rectified by using a micro SD card as a second hard drive; giving you the ability to double or more the space available. I got a $20 32gb micro SD card at Best Buy that came with an SD adapter so I can transfer information easily from multiple devices. I will say the speakers are not that great, things sound higher pitched, but they work well enough for what I need them to do like watching webinars. Even though this computer doesn’t have a CD/DVD drive (which is why it is so portable and light) I was able to put my CD copy of Microsoft Office 2007 on this device using a friends external CD/DVD drive that hooks up to the USB port. It was a breeze. This device is great for quick, portable access; yet can adapt to your needs with micro SD cards, flash drives, external CD/DVD drives, other USB extensions, HDMI, AUX, and Bluetooth. I highly recommend this product.

My baby pc as I named it, is a great tool on the go. I purchased it to carry it with me at work, as I work on the road and many times I have to overnight, so I can stay in touch with family and mainly to keep up with College work. It is a big plus that it includes Office for one year, although I already had Office account, It did extended my already ongoing account for one more year. Sadly it did not added to the amount of computers to install the software, but still I got one more year covered, so I think it still good deal. Regarding the 2-in-1, It was a good choice since I don't plan to download anything to it. Memory can rapidly get filled, but with cloud storage today available, is not a big deal to me. Additionally, the tablet has the mini SD card slot, so you can add more memory for downloads or just for faster performance. Is not very fast, but good enough for internet surfing, keep-up with email, video streaming or calling, and of course, for college work. I am not a social net-worker, nor a gamer, but it is good at least for social networking, I have no idea about how it would be for games, probably not your best choice. The size is perfect for carrying while still very good for viewing and managing the content on it. Keyboard base does has an USB port usable only of course when the tablet is attached to it. Finally, as other reviewers stated, the main speakers' sound is very low (which you can have solved by paring external speakers to it), still for the price I think it still good deal, so I am very happy with my baby PC.

I thought this was great value for money and it really is. Having said that, do not expect to be getting the best tablet. It's a bit heavy having gotten used to Surface 2 and lack of kickstand often brings me back to using my surface 2 for tablet. But I could not put windows 10 on Surface 2 and this also has a keyboard and atom processor and windows 10 (which I installed). Also battery life (e.g. stand by time) and time it takes to charge are not so good. BUT happy with my purchase considering the low price I paid.

Overall very good LapTab for the price. I give 4.5 stars. PROS: Screen resolution is fine for the screen size and touch performance is excellent. Overall Performance is very good for what it is and price ($179.99 on sale). Weight is good. Speed is good. 2gb RAM is OK. Storage is is OK. Added Samsung 64gb SD card for more storage. LOVE the detachable mini-keyboard, especially the big "Enter" key. And it has 10 key functionality with Fn lock. Good Fn functions. CONS: Keyboard is very light compared to screen so unit is slightly unstable when screen is fully opened. Unit comes with a standard hard wired plug to barrel type charger, I wish it also came with a USB to barrel charger so you wouldn't have to carry around the whole charger. Some bloatware: Comes with the much hated McAfee security which is a CPU hog. I uninstalled McAfee and activated Windows 10 antivirus/antimalware which works just fine.

I am in grad school and I work full time. I needed to be able to take my laptop everywhere without taking my laptop everywhere. This is perfect. It is sturdy but a little heavy. I am very happy.

Bought this tablet without getting to play around with it in the store since the display didn't work. I'm pleasantly surprised by it, especially with the price I paid. It came with a free Windows 10 upgrade, which was nice. Relatively lightweight, multiple screen positions, and has a great battery life.

The best purchase I ever made! My wife wanted and got a Android tablet. I wanted one that was Windows based. I have Android on my phone so what sense is there in buying a Android tablet. I have an Acer laptop that takes 5 minutes to start up and if you sit it on your lap the fan blows hot air and you must be careful you do not block the vents. This unit being a tablet has no fan or vents to worry about! It loads Windows instantly. It came with Windows 8 and the free upgrade to Windows 10 went flawlessly! I can honestly say that it is the best purchase I ever made! It has a detachable keyboard and can be used in a tent mode for presentations. I love everything about it but the instant start is the most fantastic! Words can't e even express how great I think this unit is. My screen is bigger than my wife's Samsung too. I have the best of all!

Compared several tablets before deciding on this one. Fits everything I need it to do. Bought a 64GB micro SD card to add storage capacity.
