Good but hard to install

Once he was ready to install the two center dividers for the electric heater, the dividers are two of the same letter C’s instead of C and D. Very disappointed. Now my son will be back in a week.

Damaged/ missing items

Noticed the instructions were missing. Only to then realize majority of TV stand was missing. The pieces that did come were damaged. Do better Best Buy!

Q: QuestionDoes the Ameriwood Home Noble 65” TV Stand with Electric Fireplace include the Remote for the Fireplace ? The Specs says it does include a remote but a reviewer states it does not, could a factory rep clear that up please, and update the specs is needed.
