A: Yes it comes with a charger and yes, 64gb is more than enough for anyone unless you need to edit and publish large movies and keep the movie files stored locally. Many people have not yet caught up with the idea that we all use cloud storage now. Internet is very fast. Store all of your files off-line in the cloud and just download the full versions when you need them. This is a portable tablet, not a desktop computer. You want a ton of games, movie files etc, then get a desktop. Tablets are for on the go- internet, email, watching movies/ listening to music that you stream from the web. If you really want to keep files with you, get a small solid state drive and connect it via USB. This iPad has the M1 processor so the USB connection is really fast. If you travel and need to take dozens of movies with you, you won't have a fast internet connection (are you camping in the woods?), stick those movies on your external SSD, plug it in and watch.

A: it’s still 60hz not the 120hz like in the pro models but it did get the m1 chip

A: It’s brand new unless you select the open box option! it comes with a USB-C charger (with the charging box), a user manual and apple stickers!
Q: What is the major difference between an iPad and an iPad Air ?
A: The major difference honestly is the processing unit. The Air has an M1 chip and the regular Ipad 9th gen has an A13 Bionic chip and the Ipad 10th gen has an A14 Bionic chip. M1 being better than both of the others due to the amount of GPU and Ram being higher.

A: Yes it comes with a charger, I've never had the 2nd so I can't say. I can use it for my laptop too if that helps. MacBook air 13 2019...not sure on year...pandemic and all.

Very good price and a quality
I recently got the Apple 10.9-Inch iPad Air (5th Gen) with the M1 chip, and it's amazing! Pros: Super Fast: The M1 chip makes everything smooth—multitasking, gaming, and even video editing feel effortless. Gorgeous Display: The 10.9-inch Retina display is vibrant and crisp. Perfect for watching videos or sketching. Light & Portable: It's thin and lightweight, ideal for travel or daily use. I barely feel it in my bag. Sleek Blue Color: The blue color is subtle but stylish, giving it a unique look. Apple Pencil 2 Support: Great for drawing or note-taking. Feels very responsive, almost like paper. Cons: 64GB Storage: Feels a bit limited if you use large apps or save lots of files. Go for the 256GB if possible. No Face ID: Still using Touch ID, which works well, but Face ID would’ve been nice. Overall: The iPad Air 5th Gen is a portable powerhouse with great performance thanks to the M1 chip. Perfect for work, creative tasks, and entertainment. Highly recommend, but consider the 256GB version!
