[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I consider myself a loyal consumer of tempurpedic mattresses, having purchased 8 mattresses in the past 3 years for my homes. Unfortunately, tempurpedic does not value customer loyalty or honor their own warranty as my recent warranty request was summarily dismissed without a call or any other outreach than a cold email denying my request to address a failed 6 year old deformed tempurpedic mattress. I choose to do business with firms that honor their warranties and will not be purchasing another product from this company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this bed for over a month now, but the improvement to both mine and my husband's sleep has been dramatic and immediate. Full disclosure, we got this with the EASE frame, and being able to adjust the bed to our size and desire has also helped our rest, both physically and emotionally. We are both heavier people, so finding something that is both soft and firm enough to handle our weight has been problematic. This Hybrid has been a blessing to our bodies and our mental health.

This is the second mattress that I have owned from TEMPUR-PEDIC and it is excellent. I know that this is an expensive product but is well worth the money, for some reason it keeps you warm when it's cold outside and it keeps you cool when it's warm outside, it seems to conform to your body every which way. I am very pleased with this product.

I am so disappointed and have woken up in pain every night I've slept on our new proadapt mattress. I loved the mattress in the store (we spent a few days looking and trying out) but every morning my shoulder, back and hips hurt when I get up, it is nothing like how the store model felt! This did not happen in my last bed that I no longer have since we moved and needed a new one and thought this would be the best purchase and would sleep better only for it to be the opposite. I have never been a hot sleeper and was always cold but now I wake up feeling overheated. I am now working with the furniture company I got it from to exchange for another mattress and hope this all works out with advertising 90 days to try! We have been walking all over it to try and break it in as we found many others had same issues but can't deal with the pain any longer. :(
