I have loved this phone

Greg helped walk me through the best deals and upgrade for my personal situation/lifestyle. Overall, great experience and I have been enjoying my new phone with great features. The zoom ability has been fun to experiment with and the camera quality itself is outstanding. The titanium feels more durable compared to the prior glass versions. I have seen too many people’s phones shatter because of that. The only minor bugs I’ve come across so far is that this phone will sometimes take a second to turn on. It has happened only a couple times, no reason for concern right now. I may just have to reboot as I haven’t powered it off since I got it. However, I only recently got it a couple weeks ago. If this lag continues to happen after turning it back on, I may ask someone what the problem is. I do also wish they had more color options, but that was not going to out-way my choice over the quality, in comparison.

It was easy to set up once I was connected to my home WiFi. The hardest part was probably setting up Verizon through the Best Buy app. I had to log in more than 10 times. But once it worked everything was as smooth as butter. My phone looks exactly like the description and pictures. And I am a very happy customer. Thank you so much Best Buy for making this process very easy.

Typical Apple quality and a more comfortable phone to hold than its past 3 predecessors. The titanium frame is nice and the phone is lighter in the hand, but it does discolor with fingerprints. Overall a nice phone, but the non-pro iPhones this year may offer better bang for the buck.

- A:Answer If you buy the carrier version (Verizon or AT&T), it will be locked to the carrier for the first 60 days. After that you can request an unlock, if the device is paid off. If you want it unlocked from day 1 to use with any carrier or if you need to use the 2nd eSIM, you have to buy the unlocked version, which is only available directly from Apple.

- A:Answer We finally figured out. Go to Settings/Accessibility/Display & Text Size and unclick the Reduce White Point button. The screen are now bright & vibrant.
