Q: this phone says excllent but others dont say anything so what condition are they in?
A: Based on my experience with several purchases like this, if it says excellent it is. Can't speak on ones that don't. Even a good listed condition has always been a good purchase. I bought other products elsewhere that even when they State the condition you don't quite know what you're getting but with Best Buy I've always felt good about the description, they sell good products. My experience anyway.

Great purchase, pickup could've been smoother.
Purchased this phone online and as always the experience was wonderful aside from when I went to pick it up at customer service they had to send me to the phone department to finish the pickup. Purchased several phones and this was a first. Wouldn't have minded but I went from almost having my product, already paid for, to being the last in line in a busy department. Whatever else that needed to be done to complete the pickup could have maybe been handled without me, or at least that's how I felt since I've never had to do anything else to pick up an online purchase before, just my thoughts anyway. It didn't take away anything from the whole experience though. Great purchase and the phone was in excellent condition as stated in the product description. 5 stars easy. Love me some Best Buy.
