Arrived exactly how i expected. The phone works fantastic. There are small blemishes, but there is a case now on the phone, how it should be. I took a gamble and it was a good one. Will buy from the seller again.

Appearance wise it was in excellent condition. The speaker phone does not consistently work with it going in and out.
