Q: QuestionMy first version of this laptop was great with the exception of the touchscreen becoming non-op at random moments. Frustrating. So I returned it and got another one. Well...This one does the exact same thing. Is this an ASUS thing? Help please!

Q: QuestionWhats the build quality like? Is it mostly plastic? Or does it have metal elements to it? Also, hows battery life

- A:Answer All aluminum chassis (top, bottom and keyboard palm rest). The screen is glossy with glass covering. Overall build quality is above average in my opinion. The aluminum feels fairly lightweight so dents might be a possibility if the laptop is dropped or bumped. Keyboard is good. Trackpad feels a little cheap and is not as smooth as other laptops I have used. Battery life has been very good. The laptop has a 56whr battery I believe. I am averaging 6-7 hours of use doing light tasks like web surfing and downloading things.

- A:Answer Yes, the SSD is upgradeable. The computer is a little hard to open though. There are 4 rubber feet on the bottom that must be peeled off and may be damaged in the process.
