Amazing Laptop
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price this is an excellent laptop. I love the screen, the build quality, the keyboard (which lights up), the features, the battery, and how smooth it is. The pages for browsing the internet load super-fast and this laptop play well on games like Fortnite, at least through the cloud. This laptop's battery lasts so long for me even at 120Hz. It's a good laptop for college too! The design is sleek, and the laptop is so lightweight. There is no fan noise at least for me when running games like Fortnite or Minecraft (with shaders) and other programs such as Stellarium. I have an iPhone and it still works with it, I have access to all my iCloud photos and can answer call and texts with the Link to Windows/Phone Link app. I couldn't be happier to have this laptop.

A Powerhouse of Visuals in a Sleek Package
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After several weeks of using the ASUS ZenBook 14X, I'm thoroughly impressed, particularly with its display capabilities. The 14.5-inch 2.8K OLED touchscreen is the star of the show. As someone who's used to high-end displays, I was skeptical about what "budget" could offer, but this laptop proved me wrong. Display Quality: The OLED screen is stunning. The color accuracy and contrast levels are top-notch, making photo editing a much more precise task. The 120Hz refresh rate is a game-changer, especially when scrolling through web pages or working on animations. It's smooth and responsive, a feature I didn't expect at this price point. Performance: Powered by the Intel Evo platform with an i5-13500H processor, it handles multitasking effortlessly. I've had multiple tabs and applications open without any noticeable lag. The 8GB RAM seems adequate, though for heavier tasks, more would be preferable. Build and Design: The laptop's build quality is solid. It's lightweight and portable, making it easy to carry around. The Inkwell Gray finish gives it a professional look, which I appreciate in work settings. Battery Life: Battery performance is decent, lasting around 7-8 hours on a typical workday. It's not groundbreaking, but it's sufficient for most needs. Sound and Keyboard: The sound quality is good for a laptop, and the keyboard is comfortable for long typing sessions, though it lacks a numeric keypad, which might be a downside for some. Final Thoughts: Overall, the ASUS ZenBook 14X is a fantastic choice for those who prioritize display quality and portability. It's a budget-friendly laptop that doesn't feel "budget" in its performance and build. While it's not a gaming powerhouse or a heavy-duty workstation, for everyday productivity and media consumption, it's more than capable. The OLED display is the clear standout feature, making it a joy to use for both work and play.

Best for the buck.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the laptop on sale for around 600 bucks, including taxes. The 2.8k 120hz touch display, the built quality and the performance from 13th Gen H series are the pros and cons are there is no fingerprint scanner to unlock. But windows hello is there so face recognition unlock work pretty fast and only 8 GB of DDR5 and I don't think it would be sufficient and there is no Ram upgrade option in laptop but In the current market i feel it is best laptop for 600 bucks.

Thoughts on the Zenbook 14x i5/8gb ram.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like the Asus Zenbook 14x. The design gives futuristic aesthetic. The boot up time is extremely fast start programs and surfing in not time! Touchscreen has a fast response, no lag. I love all the quick multi functions the laptop provides makes using the device feel easy and convenient when you learn how to use them. The downside it cannot play games well. The fan becomes loud and will crash if the game is asking too much. Figured it would be able to do a few games but it cant. Only cloud play. If you do any heavy duty programs this laptop will struggle might want to upgrade to the i7 and a bit more ram. The ram is constantly on the verge of being maxed out even on simple tasks. Overall the laptop is smooth, speakers sound great! Keyboard feels great and the touchpad is amazing! This zenbook 14x is a great buy. I love it.

Almost great
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Laptop looks absolutely beautiful, screen is buttery smooth, and looks absolutely amazing. The storage is good, although could not upgrade to a 1TB NVMe drive, which is kinda annoying. Another thing is that the RAM is onboard (soldered onto the motherboard) which is bad considering that there are only 8 gigs of memory in the computer. Overall, it is a good buy, considering that I got it for only 600 bucks. Just wish it was upgradable.

Oled Lapatop with decent specs!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At $500 and an oled screen, this is a value for money laptop that is hard to beat. The specs are more than enough for your office productivity and you definitely won’t be dissappointed.

Absolutely recommend for work (and only work)
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an incredible laptop if you're a programmer. Amazing screen, comfortable size, very good performance, high refresh rate screen helps with mouse accuracy, but also just looks super smooth. The display is amazing and the sound is alright. If you're buying this to play games, that's definitely not it's purpose, but because of that, the battery life is very good. M.2 storage makes upgrading to to faster and larger storage very easy.

Q: QuestionThis is listed as coming with 8gb of LPDDR5 4800 MHz memory. Is there another memory stick slot available to add a second 8gb stick of memory, and can you confirm that LPDDR5 4800 MHz is correct? Also any options for a 2nd SSD?
Asked by Loomis1975.
- A:Answer It’s 4800MHz and it’s soldered onto the board. You can not upgrade it and it’s a single slot. There’s only 1x NVMe slot.
Answered by Jeremy
Q: QuestionCan you upgrade RAM for this laptop? How about SSD?
Asked by OnurD.
- A:Answer No, you can't. The RAM is all soldered. This would be the perfect laptop but for that. It has integrated graphics, which means that the graphics will take up part of the 8GB of RAM, so you will effectively have less than even the 8GB. It has a single SSD slot. You can replace it, but that means you will have to install Windows on the new SSD.
Answered by Raindog2
Q: QuestionDoes it have pen support? If yes, then is it included with the laptop? If its not included then where can I buy it from
Asked by Debprotim.
- A:Answer Yes, the ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED (Q410) does support stylus and you can search for the ASUS Active stylus SA200H to use with it as it is not included in the box.
Answered by ASUS Answers
Q: QuestionThe title description states 16GB ram but the specifications states 8GB ram. Which is accurate?
Asked by Michk54.
- A:Answer The Q410 has 8 GB RAM per the manufacturer's website. There appears to be a misprint on the product page here. 16 GB RAM is only available on the upgraded model.
Answered by Anonymous
Q: QuestionThere is a discrepancy between the RAM (16 GB in title lines, and 8 GB in specs online); and also the ports that are listed verses what I can see on the right and left side ports don't seem to add up to what I see listed in the specs. (2) Thunderboly.
Asked by RichNEPA.
- A:Answer I just purchased this machine and I can confirm that it does only have 8GB of RAM, not the 16GB advertised. It does have 2 Thunderbolt 4 / USB C ports in addition to the USB type A 3.2 and HDMI Ports.
Answered by JerBear
Q: QuestionDoes it come with lighted keyboard?

- A:Answer yes and the brightness is adjustable in 3 levels
