Great microphone. Clear quality can be heard in my meetings. Much better now.
A:The microphone has an on/off switch on the handle. The switch functions for both USB and XLR (analog) operation. If the microphone is connected to a computer, you should also be able to mute the microphone in the computer and/or the app or recording program you are using.
A:Pease contact xbox about this. The microphone is a simple device with a USB and output connector and an XLR output connector. The xbox is much more complex.
