If we originally installed your projector and you need a repair, we'll uninstall it for you. Bring your projector to Best Buy to start the repair process. After you've picked it up, we'll come out and reinstall it for you.
If your screen has bad pixels or a shadow image, we'll correct it.
If you have at least three pixels that are always the same color or a ghost image that won't go away, we'll get your picture looking like new.
If your product won’t turn on because of a power surge, we'll fix it.
If there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product, we'll make things right. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
If the remote that came with your TV, video or audio product stops working, we'll replace it.
Get a replacement for the remote control that was included in your original box. We'll even reprogram it for you.
If there's a failure from normal wear and tear, we'll repair it.
This could be a problem with an internal part or how the product was manufactured. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity.
We provide annual maintenance for your Blu-ray or DVD player.
Bring your player to a Best Buy store once a year and we'll clean it, check functionality and take care of any alignment issues.
If your original projector bulb burns out, we'll install a new one.
Get a replacement for the original bulb that was included in your projector. Start the process by calling 1-800-433-5778 or by going to a Best Buy store.
Accidental damage from handling coverage on select products.
