Fireplace still hasn't come in

I called customer support for both best buy and bestier and best buy completely blew me off and said they basically couldn't do anything accept for a refund that requires me to dissassemble what i've already built, which is everything expect the FIREPLACE. bestier's customer service actually gave me a tracking number with fedex however it still says the Fireplace is in California for the past 5 day's with no update, buy it at your own risk or don't and find something better.

Missing fireplace insert, limited support options

Best Buy wants me to return the tv stand and hope they'll reship a tv stand and fireplace correctly instead of just shipping a fireplace insert. Offered $25 for missing part and nothing else.
