This is a pretty good headset for calls, i previously had been using the Plantronics Voyager 5220 for many years and it has always worked with all of my Samsung Galaxy Note phones till now. For some reason the Plantronics 5220 kept telling me Phone One Disconnected/ Phone One Connected every other minute using my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra so i though maybe its time to replace it, so i bought a new one and within 20 it told me the same exact thing as thw previous one so i took it back to the store and got the Blueparrott and i am no longer having connection issues with my Note 20 Ultra. The calls sound very Loud and clear on my end in fact it sounds too loud sometimes so i have to lower down the volume but thats awesome as thw Plantronics voyager 5220 didnt sound anywhere as loud as the Blue Parrott, however i had had almost every caller tell me that though my voice sounds clear, it does sound lower in output vs the Plantronics 5220 and the phone its self from its built in microphone. This could be because thw Plantronics has 4 microphones vs 2 microphones on the Blueparrott M300XT, but the up side is that with my Note 20 ultra the M300XT can read most of my Text messages to me while im driving woth out needing to look at my phone using Bixby and i find that very convenient vs the 5220, i could never get google to work on the 5220 yet alone Bixby. There are a few hiccups though. 1. It wont read Group Messages or my wife's text messages and im not sure why, i did everything i could worh tech support both from verizon, samsung and Blueparrott and jist couldn't find a solution to fix that so i dropped it. 2. The bluetooth tells me that the device is at 100% battery life even though i used it all day and when i plugged it into the charger the light indicator was blinking red which lets me know it was NOT at 100% all day, is that a deal breaker? No at least not for me but the battery percentage reading is way off and i hope it can be fixed with a new firmware as it was fine before i updated to firmware V1.06, i wish i could go back to the previous Firmware so i can get my correct battery percentage and be able to hear my wife's text messages, the M300XT reads everyone else's text messages even the ones from the pharmacy with the weird 6 digit numbers so it makes no sense. A BIg plus is that the charge plug input is USB Type C!!!!!!! Vs USB Tybe B on the Plantronics 5220. This M300XT is way more updated then the 5220 and i like it alot, no bluetooth is perfect but im glad i went for it. The only thing that can make this better is having a charging dock like the one that i have for my Plantronics voyager 5220. The design is very similar to the 5220 too and one BIG flaw on the 5220 that has been fixed with the M300XT is the solid ear peace, in the M300XT you just push in a ear tip cushion and your done and on the 5220 its a twist T shape locking ear tip which would always break and replacing them ear tips can add up over time, i know that i have paid at least $20.00 for several replacement ear tips for thw 5220 in less then a year. Im positive that i will NOT be having that issue anymore woth the M300XT. I hope you found my review helpful and if you are having disconnection issues with the plantronics Voyager 5220 on your samsung phone for some strange reason? Why not give the M300XT a try? It worked out for me and maybe it will for you too.

This Bluetooth Blue Parrot seems to be a pretty decent Bluetooth but it has very low volume, lower than the Plantronics PT legend or the Plantronics 5220. No complaints from callers on the quality. And do you like the c+ standard charging port.
