- A: AnswerThe temples are the arms of the glasses. They are not adjustable as they contain all of the electronics that make the product work. The Frames are mostly "one-size-fits-all" so I'd recommend giving them a try in store before purchasing to check they're right for you.

Best Sunglasses!
Owned for 2 weeks by when reviewed.Really cool sunglasses! The best part about them is the audio in them and its not like your typical earbud where its noise canceling. Its more for walking around the park and still being able to hear whats going on around you. Even though my head is slightly too big for them i still love these, either for style or listening to music.
