Great bread machine
|Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I bought 6 of these and gave to relatives for Christmas. Everyone has been delighted to this point (February) with the ease of use and the bread. A few said they had some trial and error until the actually followed the directions for the dough mix so that was "pilot error" since the machine performed perfectly.

BEST BREAD MAKER
|Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value4 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Pros mentioned:Design, Ease of useI had a lesser quality bread maker before and it did not last more than 2 years. The quality of the bread was inconsistent, as well. This was a big decision economically because I was hesitant that Breville’s machine would be so different to justify the expense. Well, I am so happy which this purchase. EVERYTHING I have made has turned out much higher than my expectations. The machine is well made, easy to use, and looks so nice in my kitchen when I am baking in it. I have made several different kinds of bread, basic, french, and cinnamon raisin. Today, I made cinnamon raisin buns with the dough function. They look like restaurant quality, but still warm. Right now, I am making the milk and honey bread. The way the machine operates, I am confident I will have it for many years to come, and will certainly offset the initial investment. In this case, I believe you get what you pay for. Highly recommend. Oh, by the way, a 1.5 loaf of bread costs me approximately $.50 :)

Great Bread Maker for a beginner to pro!
|Posted .Pros mentioned:Ease of use, RecipesI would recommend this to a friendI had thoroughly reviewed what was on the market available. Automatic dispenser, back lighting for the easy to use menu, light inside the baking cavity & the ability to customize your recipes. This is just a short list. I was worried how difficult the bread pan would be to get in & out. My old bread machine you had twist it. Just sit in place & good to go! No need for two handles. Just follow manufacture’s order of any recipe. I worked for years attempting get the rolls that melt in your mouth. First time out of the gate, success finally! I let the machine make the dough. What a sweet taste of success. Oh so yummy!

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Pros mentioned:Ease of useAfter extensive research this was my bread machine choice. Best Buy’s advantage is price matching and rewards. The machine is quite simple to use. Follow the instructions, adjust the settings, add the ingredients in the correct order (yeast last), press start and enjoy your home smelling like fresh baked bread. Almost heaven!

Q: QuestionDoes this breakmaker signal after last knead you can remove the bread paddle for a more uniform bread?
Asked by Hope.
- A:Answer Yes, there will be an alert that is sounded when the Breville® BBM800XL Custom Loaf™ is done with it's final kneading or "punch down". While the paddle can then be removed, it's not recommended to do this on Glutten Free or Yeast Free settings.
