Good quality ink, but watch those levels.
||Posted .The ink cartridges are very easy to replace, and the ink quality is pretty good. Though I have a complaint that falls more on my Brother printer model itself: aMFC-465CN- which is fine for the most part. The printer works fine but it is obsessed with cleaning itself (and at odd hours when all else is quiet, creepy, haha!), and that cleaning uses ink. I can print nothing but 50 pages of black text, and eventually one the color cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow) will get used up primarily through the cleaning cycles. Soon after replacing one, another color cartridge needs replacement despite only printing black ink which is a larger cartridge that last far longer. The problem with the cleaning process using up ink not only is wasteful, but the Brother printer knowingly, and willfully ceases to function if even only 1 color is empty when I only want to print a page ore 2 of black text. Again more a printer issue that forces consumers to buy more ink than needed, just so they can print out graded reports to their professors.

LC513PKS - no more!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. The ink gets 5 stars because I have a Brother MFC printer. Best Buy gets 0 stars because the stores no longer carry these ink cartridges. Another outlet unfortunately costs more.

a reason to update
||Posted .while using and enjoying with decent efforts our brother printer, finding the brother ink cartridges has become tricky. Three out of three best buys in oregon didn't even stock the item. our system is old, but we will continue to nurse it along as long as our local best buy will stock the cartridges. they are easy to install, print images well, and i truly dread the day in our future when we are forced to replace the brother printer because we can no longer get the ink.

Excelent long lasting cartridges
||Posted .I found these brother brand cartridges to be a significant value at Best Buy. While some would say that a big store like Best Buy would be way over priced compared to other stores. In truth I've found that their prices are quite competitive even with stores like Wal-Mart, K-Mart and others. But what really sets these cartridges apart is in the time it takes to go through a set of cartridges, my Wife's H-P printer will go through between 3 to 5 sets of cartridges. Around here we call that a good value.

Works Great!
||Posted .The Brother Ink for my older but still working Brother printer is getting harder and harder to find and then when you do find it the price is often ridiculously high. Thank you Best Buy for carrying what I need and having it in stock. As for this particular product, it works great in the printer it was designed for.

Best Option
||Posted .Will only buy my ink from here. Went to Staples as it was closer for me. Had to buy all the ink separate and was told if I went any place else, I could pay as much as $10-20s more. They did not have one of my needed colors and I went to my local BB. The combo pack was $10 cheepee than ONE....ONE of the color packets. Purchased a black as well and came out $75 cheeper than the competition.

Good for personal use
||Posted .These are good if only for personal use, I wouldn't be using for professional business use as they run out of ink too quickly and for the price you can spend a small fortune. Because my printer only takes these cartridges is why I use them (my Brother MFC printer is great, it just keeps going and going. I've used it for years!) On the plus side I've used them to print on photo paper and the color photos are really good.

ink for my Brother's Printer
||Posted .I like that Best Buy still carries the ink for my Brother's Printer which I have had for several years. It has served me well. The ink cartridges seem to last quite awhile. I am pleased with the quality of the color print. The cost may be a little high but I appreciate being able to still purchase the ink with my out-dated printer.
