MemberHaving seen the photos of these, my wife wanted to purchase these based on looks alone. We did a little further research to make us aware of the size of these (8oz.) and decided to purchase. Very happy we did. VERY nicely made SMALL prep/mixing bowls... or anything bowls. In our household, they will be primarily used as fruit or ice cream bowls - one for each of us. Since they're made of melamine, they're nicely weighted and the rubberized ring on the bottom is great to prevent sliding on tables.
