I upgraded from my Canon T2i to this model. There is no comparison! The wi-fi hook up to my iPad and iPhone is extremely easy to use and quick. I can use both as a remote shutter release. The quality and speed is fantastic! The touch screen is great. I have no regrets in buying this camera. Well worth the upgrade! Great price for all the bells and whisles you get. I can quickly download the pics I take using wi-fi and really know what kinda quality I am getting and what should be changed instead of waiting til I get home and realizing the day was a waste.

Bought as an upgrade from our T2i

This camera is very easy to use. We wanted an upgrade from our T2i and felt like this would be a good investment. We have had no problems adjusting from one camera to the other. The controls are spaced a little different, but they are not hard to use, we just need to get use to a different layout. We like the multipoint focus. The moveable review screen I'm sure works for some, but it's not necessary for our needs. I have read lately that some of the issued T6i's have some sort of spotting happening with the mirror. Our camera's serial number falls under cameras that could be affected. Hopefully, they figure out a way to resolve the issue.

I cant say enough how amazing this camera is. Weather you are starting out or a seasoned photographer (non-professional) This camera gets you in the door and gets the job done. It is fast - takes beautiful photos and has Wifi so transfers photos to Facebook or any other medium as fast as you can take them.

Happy that the transition from the ti4 was pretty much seamless due to the consistent layout and features among the different generations. Still trying to understand how to get consistent focus with my Tamron 70-200 lens. Need to compare with the Canon Kit lens to see if it is a brand incompatability or me.

Great camera, but i often get the word "busy" when switching modes and using flash. It never happens unless outside of LIVE mode. Overall good!
