Fellow - Espresso Series 1 Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine with up to 9 bars of pressure and custom roast profiles - Black

Description

Enjoy true temperature stability and pressure control at your fingertips, through an intuitive design. Whether you’re just starting out with espresso, or you’re a seasoned barista looking to dial in every aspect of your brew, this machine makes exceptional espresso part of your daily ritual. Precise temperature makes all the difference between a good shot and a sour one. That’s why we created (and patented) the Boosted Boiler heating system with three independent heating elements that allow for: To-the-degree temperature stability. Warm-up time of two minutes or less. Heated group head for better extraction. Go from brewing to steaming, without the wait.

Features

  • Easy Controls and Intuitive Display

Three piano key buttons make it simple to brew, steam, or dispense hot water. A full-color LCD screen with navigation dial gives you clear feedback and total control over settings.

  • Precision Temperature Control

A patented Boosted Boiler system with three independent heating elements delivers to-the-degree temperature stability, a warm-up time of two minutes or less, and a heated group head for better extraction.

  • True Consistency with Pressure Profiling

Dial in every detail of your espresso, from pressure and temperature to flow, then save your favorite settings for future use. Choose from preset profiles tailored to different roasts or replicate the results of commercial machines with remarkable repeatability.

  • Assisted Steaming

The temperature-sensing steam wand stops automatically at your target temperature, purges itself after use, and can be customized for dairy or alt milks. Latte art feels less intimidating and more repeatable.

  • Intelligent Shot Feedback

    - Not sure what grind setting to use? If the machine detects R13a shot that pulls too quickly or too slowly, it will suggest ways to improve your grind.R5
