A: This will not be the adapter you need. First, this is an output only device, not a line in. I don't have your model, but in general the USB input port won't help you here. That port is for allowing access to data files (music, pictures, movies) only. Secondly, this is not a passive two-way audio conversion device. It goes from USB data (with software driver support) to run the DSP processor insdie the device to handle a headset functionality.
Q: Will this product work with a TV?
A: It would depend on how long the cord is on your headphones and if you have an adapter to use with the usb. The challenge would be that your headphones are attaching on one end and you have a usb on the other.
