Bought the PC as a gift for my son on the 14th, arrived on the 17th, opened on the 24th (his birthday). We bought a computer with a 5080 GPU so we were expecting fast speeds, nope. Slow out of the box and we didn't know enough to take it back to BestBuy asap. A week and a half go by, still slow... call CyberPowerPC, and they have us on the phone for two hours while they run diagnostics and figure out the GPU isn't functioning correctly! The only solution they gave us was that we could pay to ship the GPU back or send the whole unit back. They won't provide a return shipping label to return the GPU and they won't send a new unit to swap out unless I put the new GPU on a credit card. I don't use PC's because they can be a hassle, but I am pretty tech savvy -- and this is the worst experience I have had with a company selling tech, ever. Can't return it. CyberPowerPC wants us to pay to ship part, and we can't return it because we've had it more then 14 days. I wanted to like CyberPowerPC and I expect more from BestBuy. Very disappointing experience.
