A: yes it does...!!
Q: Can this laptop be connected to a docking station for multi-screen display?
A: Yes it can be connected to a docking station. I purchased the Dell D3100 Docking Station which I found for $97 rather than the $169 that Dell wants for it and am using it with good success. I purchased it mainly to have an RJ45 jack so I can plug into the internet while in my home office. It is faster than WiFi. This Dock has 3 USB 3 ports and 2 USB 2 ports as well as 2 HDMI ports and one monitor port with a converter adapter for older style monitors.

A: I don't think so. I only see the camera in the front, which you can use to log you into the computer with a photo of your face. That's pretty cool.
