A: If I remember correctly. I bought the Video Card and when I got it via mail. I had to create an EVGA account, register my product with S/N. After awhile they either emailed me a code or gave me a code via my EVGA account, to download the game from My Steam account. Now mine was for a different game and most likely different promo, but I am sure their process is the same. Hope this helps...
