The Fisher & Paykel is the king of all stoves! I am absolutely impressed by the way it operates. I've owned several other brands, but this beats them all. It has a Pastry bake mode. I made turnovers for a quick desert. These turned out looking like ones bought in a professional bakery. The oven heats evenly. When bringing water to a boil for pasta, you can't find a better stovetop. The water comes to a boil in less than 5 minutes. Many people think their cookware will not work with induction stovetops, but if your cookware is stainless steel or enamel cast iron, then you have what can be used. Just stick a magnet to the bottom of your pan, if it sticks, it works. The only complaint I have is that the timer alarm is very faint and useless. I just set a timer with one of our smart speakers or my watch.
