Great game for getting in some daily exercise
||Posted .Fitness boxing is a great way to get moving and incorporating exercise into your day. It does start out a little slow by getting you used to the basic moves. The best thing is getting the moves right and keeping form. I was worried about it getting easy or doing the same thing everyday. The daily workout changes just enough to stay challenging. There's also the option of free training after your daily workout. It does reccomend resting at least an hour between workouts. I a little put off when the moves don't register. I not sure if I'm not doing the movement wrong, could mostly likely be the case. I've used this program for about 2 weeks and I'm really happy. I've lost 3 pounds so far but that's with exercise and a change in diet habits. Going to keep at to see how far I can get.

Fun workout game
||Posted .This game is actually a fun workout. It's replacing my current workout videos. The instructors are all neat and the music selection is current. The selection is short though, but you could always just mute the game and punch to your own soundtrack. The workouts do make you sweat, and you have the option to do daily workouts at 15,25,35,45 minutes. There is also a free workout where you can choose the intensity of your own workouts. Now the real question, does it replace a "true workout"? I don't believe so. It can give you some decent cardio, but if you are expecting more, that's kind of it. There's nothing that forces you to get Perfect hits, and it's up to you to push yourself. If you wouldn't consider any type of video workout a workout, then this isn't the avenue for you.

Exercise game
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed. One of the few exercise games you can get for the Switch that doesn't require anything extra except your joycons and a little of your time. It's a rhythm type exercise game (think guitar hero and boxing), you can work up a sweat with the game. I would say this is a decent alternative to going to the gym especially with the issues going on in the world today and stay at home orders, or on days you simply don't want to go to the gym but still want to get in a little cardio. It gets you up off the couch and moving.

This game kicks my butt
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This game is awesome. Tried the demo and used up the free trial. This game is worth to get if you like the demo. It gets harder and harder and gives you a decent cardio workout.

this is more than a game
||Posted .I got this for the kids so that they could get some activity instead of just pushing buttons. boy did they get a workout. I thought they were just out of shape but I tried it out and you get a good work out from it. there's a few different modes like free mode, daily mode and one other one. its a good daily exercise routine, about 30 min to an hour a day is some good activity. you also unlock songs as you go along. its not just throw a punch either, it shows you some technique and you have to actually follow how to do it to get credit for it. it gives scores too.

A fun way to get a small workout in!
||Posted .I am currently on Day 3 of my Daily Routine. This game doesn't teach you proper technique, nor does it accurately register what types of punches you throw out. You honestly could cheat if you wanted to. But you would only be cheating yourself. This fitness and rythm game can be as good or bad as you want it to be. I personally love that it has a calendar, calorie tracker, daily streak counter, and catchy music! Is this as good as going to a fitness class at a gym? No way! But, gym memberships can be expensive and intimidating. I have been doing about 30 minute sessions daily and my arms are GASSED by the end.

Q: QuestionWill this be available to buy digitally?
Asked by CareButt.
- A:Answer Yes it is available digitally for 49.99 just like the physical version but I would play the demo first and judge if it’s worth the price. I love it as is but I think the entry price is a little steep and would recommend getting it when it goes on sale

Q: QuestionCan you play this game on a Nintendo Switch Lite and if so how do you do that?
Asked by Lina.
- A:Answer I would assume you can, but you would need to buy separate joycons and prop up the system so you can see the screen.
