This item seems to be defective - can't maintain a steady temp over about 400 degrees. Cookies & cakes ok but can't keep a steady hot temperature for roasting veggies or baking a pizza. Repair services have been out twice & both times have tested the oven with their thermometer & say it is performing within expectations, which they say is a 40 degree fluctuation in either direction. We observed when set at 500 that the oven shot up to 580 & then dropped down over 100 degrees over 15 minutes. And yet the repairman refused to say that the item was defective, and so we are not eligible for a replacement item. I tried to call Best Buy to return the item (because it was a "Black Friday" purchase it's eligible for return til Jan 14 2018) and was on hold for 40 min & as soon as my call got answered, I got disconnected within 10 seconds (I specifically called from a landline, so it wasn't my cell connection) and no one called me back. Very frustrating & I feel disappointed with the "Pacific Sales" brand, since I expect more in terms of customer service.
