      We just got this fridge installed about a week ago and we are really liking it so far. The amount of space is very deceiving. We used to have a side-by-side, and when we moved everything over its almost like our fridge is empty! The amount of food you can fit within 28 cubic feet is pretty awesome. The version we got also includes the Keurig attachment and WiFi. The Keurig part has been pretty nice for quick coffee and tea (we are not coffee drinkers so it's only been for guests). It's good enough to where we can get rid of our Keurig machine and save some appliance space. The only gripe I have about it is the space under the water dispenser. Because the Keurig attachment is there, it takes some space away for right-handers to hold the cup under the dispenser. Only a mild issue because the dispenser and touch screen have been easy to use. We also hooked up the WiFi, even though we had some trouble getting it recognized by one of our phones, our other phone found it and we got it connected. We also connected Alexa with the Fridge and can now heat up water without even standing up! (Oh silly Wi-Fi) The freezer has enough space to organize what we need, but I could see how some smaller items could get lost in there since it is pretty deep. There are also some other options that seem like they may come in handy in the future, but we haven't used them: Turbo cool and sabbath options. Overall, this fridge is pretty amazing. We love the space, the organization options available inside, and the dispensers are pretty neat as well. We are very happy with our purchase.

      Dead After 10 Days

      We purchased this refrigerator, and waited roughly 3 weeks for it to arrive. It was delivered, and installed, by the Best Buy delivery team (Geek Squad). The installers were very competent, courteous, and did a great job setting everything up. My first thought was,,, the new unit was quite a bit louder than our previous refrigerator. However, I figured that it simply needed to break-in and work through its initial cool down. To my surprise, the incessant compressor buzzing never really did go away. Well, here we are 10-days later, and the unit quit cooling entirely. Great....

      Coffee Maker Failed in one month

      The Kuerig failed within one month of getting the unit. Bought the GSP plan from Best Buy. They sent a tech who had never seen a fridge with a coffee maker and had no idea how to trouble shoot. Orderd a bunch of parts that are still waiting to arrive. Service scheduled to happen 3 weeks after service call IF the parts arrive. Have had to take days off work for tech to arrive and now additional days for repair.

      ERROR-Keurig and hot water quit within 12 days!

      So frustrated with the quality and service of this GE $$$! I got this to have great coffee and hot water anytime. Now after 12 days, I get neither!! UGH! Called GE and they said call the store. Called the store now I have to wait another 3 weeks for a replacement. I paid for something that doesn't work! neither store nor GE will help. Oh yeah! I'm still waiting on my microwave from GE too! Five weeks later. HELP! I need coffee now!!!

      Have had our new GE Profile fridge for one week now and we are quite pleased. It replaces an LG refrigerator which crapped out after only one year of use. The GE holds its temps pretty well in both the fridge and freezer. The built in coffee maker is a convenient added perk. We are pleased with our purchase this far.

      This is a huge investment yes, is it worth it?? Oh my it is! This is by far the best thing in my kitchen! I love it! No issues as of three months in. I'm so glad we opted for this. The coffee maker works great, we love it all, it's a plus all the way around I could go on & on & on!! I would give it a 10 star if I could! Purchased in black slate, love love love it!

      I bought this refrigerator last year. It was delivered in Nov 2017. Placed into service Dec 2017 only to find that it had been severely damaged. A replacement had to be bought and have yet to arrive. Due at end of January if all goes as planned.
