  • If your screen has bad pixels or a shadow image, consider it handled: If you have at least three pixels that are always the same color or a ghost image that won't go away, we'll get your picture looking like new.
  • If there's a hardware failure, we'll repair or replace your product: This could be a problem with an internal part, how the car audio or video product was manufactured or normal wear and tear. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity. Accidental damage is not included.
  • If your car audio or video won't turn on because of a power surge, count on us to make it right: You're covered if there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
  • We'll reinstall your product: After we repair your car audio or video, we'll reinstall it if we originally installed it.
