The story of rags to riches has been told over and over, it's rare when one can keep you entertained, Gold is one such film.
The plot is nothing new, yet we willingly fall into step with the actors as they overnight go from the whipping boy to the man of the hour. We witness their seemingly miracle wealth grow and than witness it's unexplainable disappearance.
I recommend tagging along to discover how this rags to riches story turns out. Fools Gold is a powerful commodity amoung the rich and greedy.
Want to see Mathew McConaughey but fat? Well pal this is for you. Story is good enough and scenery is pretty grand. Not the best movie ever but it is original enough to make you wonder what will happen.
While this is certainly no classic it is definitely an enjoyable movie that keeps one’s interest and does have a magnificent starring performance ...the high definition transfer is above average and Best Buy has an excellent price point for it so I would recommend it
My friend is a huge Matthew Matthew McConaughey fan, so I got her this movie. It wasn't the greatest movie, but it wasn't bad. Matthew was totally in character all throughout the movie, which had some twists & turns you wouldn't expect.
Had the pleasure of seeing this film with my wife and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Had a good level of drama, with the occasional laugh in there as well to lighten the tone a bit. Overall a good film that I would recommend to those that saw the trailer and felt it was interesting. It will not disappoint.
