Goosebumps 2 [DVD] [2018]

I loved this movie at the movies. I have goosebumps 1. I needed the collection so I had to buy the 2nd one.

Having thoroughly enjoyed the first Goosebumps movie, I eagerly purchased this one (having not seen it in the theaters). I really enjoyed it but was hoping there would be more of a connection to the characters in the first film. Also, the absence of Jack Black for all but the last few minutes of the film was a bit disappointing ... it seemed like his appearance was more of an afterthought Regardless, it still is an entertaining film and worth the watch.

I think that "Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween" was one of the greatest "Goosebumps" films of all-time and it was also one of my favorite "Goosebumps" films of all-time. I was really excited to see "Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween" after having read several of the "Goosebumps" novels and I immediately enjoyed seeing this film and reading the novels. I also think that "Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween" has a lot of entertaining, exciting and enjoyable action, mystery, humor, horror and suspense including an exciting and original storyline.

Goosebumps are great family "horror" films. When I say horror, it is not really scary like Friday the 13th. If you ever watched the TV show or the first film you will understand what I mean. The 2nd Goosebumps fits right in with the other film and TV show. This is a great family film that the entire family can enjoy. Recommended for family fun!

I really liked the first Goosebumps movie, and this one did not disappoint as well. The subplot involving Nikolo Tesla, who is my favorite scientist and who I have taught my son about, made me smile. I was afraid it would be a little too scary for him, but he was never afraid, so hopefully your kiddos can watch it as well without fear.

Sony always brings excellent video and audio quality for their 4K Blu-ray releases, and Goosebumps 2 is no exception. Video quality is superb and audio is excellent, with energy and powerful bass, crystal clear dialogue. If you enjoyed the first Goosebumps movie, you're bound to enjoy Goosebumps 2. Definitely recommended, especially if you have a 4K TV and a good surround sound system to take full advantage of the amazing Sony quality of this release.

This is a fun flick. Look, you know what you're getting into, its GOOSEBUMPS! As a lover of anything Halloween, seeing the season come to life in this family fun film was pretty cool. Nice special features, nice packaging. This was a day 1 pickup for yours truly.

I enjoyed watching this 2nd Goosebumps movie. Was good movie and the effects were great. This was the 4K version, however I did not notice much difference in the 4K and the Blu-Ray disc. Don't think it was worth the difference in price.
