Hoya - 82mm SOLAS IRND 3.0 (10-stop) Filter

The Hoya Solas 82mm IRND 3.0 (10-stop) Neutral density filter is an important tool for filmmakers and photographers because it allows for precise control over the amount of light passing through the lens. This creative control over exposure allows filmmakers to select shutter speeds that match their frame-rate while maintaining a shallow depth-of-field, and photographers can select longer exposures bright sunlight for soft looking waterfalls, ocean landscapes, and clouds. Hoya uses only the highest quality materials and a special Infrared blocking layer to eliminate color shit and IR contamination. The filter is mounted into a lightweight, precision-milled aluminum frame. It includes front filter threads so you can attach additional filters or a protective lens cap.
