Great printer! I am a very busy instructor in the medical field and this unit has amazed me! I’m still using the same toner the unit came with! The pic I took is around the 800 or more printings I’ve completed! Love it!

This is a really nice and simple black and white printer that does its job without any issues so far. This is the second HP I have bought and I will continue to buy hp printers. My family needed a reliable no frills printer and this one has served us well. I have had this printer for over a year and have not had any issues. The air print makes this printer easy for everyone to use. Setup was super easy.

The HP LaserJet Pro M404dw is a monochrome laser printer loaded with features. It is speedy at printing at 40 ppm. It does duplex printing and is wireless. It has a large 350-sheet output tray. It has a few negative features that take away from all the plusses indicated above. At this price point, you could easily buy a color laser printer. Also, at this price point you would expect an LCD touchscreen to operate the controls. Instead, you get a 2-line LED screen. Much of the functionality is done through software. Yes, the M404dw is a solid feature-laden printer. But if it were priced closer to $200, this would be a much better value.

Simple setup, no problems connecting to our wifi network at the office. We just needed a simple B&W printer, this is fast, slightly noisy but very reliable so far. Can't go wrong with this device.

Easy to set up. Printing is fast, clear, machine is quiet. I would say, so far so good. I use for home use so I cannot speak to heavy use but it is perfect for what I wanted
