Buy it on sale. No Complaints.
I was able to purchase this while it was on a good sale. Worth the price at the time. Happy with the amount of cores and the speed the processor operates at. Had no issues installing it. Integrated graphics work great with a large high resolution monitor.

This is a great mid power CPU. It boots up fast, loads programs quickly, runs cool, and uses little energy. Great value.
