This movie has lots of action just as the first one did. The use of secret agent "gadgets" was superb. I plan to research how/who produced this movie because it seemed awkward and incomplete compared to the first one which I give 5 stars to. Tell me again why was Elton John in about 50%-60% of the movie? Then I supposed that Channing Tatum was supposed to be a major character in the Statesman side of the house but Pedro Paschal seemed to be the top biller for the U.S. Statesman team. I just have to say that the movie didn't flow.....at all. It looked like it was edited by a bunch of high school amateurs and it all just seemed really weird. When I saw "Unbreakable" with Samuel L. Jackson and at the end I wondered if I will ever get that time back, well this was close to that. I bought it and will watch it again but perhaps in hopes that I missed something the first time? Still a Kingsman fan but another movie like this and I will have to abandon ship.

I really enjoyed the action and comedy in Kingsman: The Secret Service. So, of course, I expected more in the sequel, Kingsman: The Golden Circle but I wasn't sure of what we would be given in the sequel since one of the main characters, Harry Hart, died in the original movie. I felt that since he was a lead character, the remaining characters would not be able to carry the action and comedy that the original movie had. I was obviously wrong, the spotlight was shown on the other characters which hi-lighted their abilities and skills. The sequel had as much action and comedy without Harry Hart as it did in the original and even more when he miraculously returned later in the sequel. This sequel is definitely worth seeing and buying. You don't want to miss any of the Kingsman movie collection.

If you’re into action packed movies then I highly recommend that you purchase Kingsman: The Golden Circle! This was a great follow up to the first series and a great addition to add to your movie collection. In my opinion, this movie was well directed and produced. Great cast of actors and actresses, picked up and kept the flow going pretty smoothly from the previous edition. Do yourself a favor and purchase the 4K-Blu-ray-digital copy, if you already own a 4K TV, you will be thrilled with the picture and sound reproduction. If not, the Blu-ray that comes with it, is impressive as well. Was on sale at time of purchase, a great buy at Best Buy!

Much like its predecessor Kingsman: The Golden Circle is a fusion of satire, bloodletting action and cleverly integrated hokum that makes for a stylish, genre bending and mindlessly entertaining film.. There are elements, especially those that take place at Poppy’s Lair, where it shows off the benefits of UHD’s wider color gamut, where colors look absolutely gorgeous. Resolution gets a boost as well, although the differences between the UHD and 1080p renderings are closer than I would have liked. Close-ups tend to be better refined with resolvable texture on surfaces and physical features being clearly evident. The wide-angle shots of Poppy’s “playground”, and the exterior locations in and around the snowy mountains look terrific.

This movie was fun and entertaining. Even with the odd "goreless-gore" (think Blade without the extra fake splotchy blood) this was one of those fantastically unrealistic movies...that you can't stop watching. Comical version of James Bond meets Inspector Gadget with an entertaining fluid story (fantastic as it may be). The 4K version looked beautiful (haven't watched this on a non-HDR, so I can't define the differences yet) but the disc offerings itself were pretty plain - I would have mistaken this for a rental version if not for the HD audio options. Perhaps the double-box set with both movies has more in the way of extras. However if it's on sale, I'd whole-heartedly recommend it.

This movie is just a good romp as the first one! I loved how characters came back. I hated how **** ****** ***** ***** thus leading to galahad and merlin drinking... The Cameos were great and the plot actually something that could happen. The solution to the major threat by the president was something that could happen but with more compassion. but did they have to kill ***** and the ******?!?!? I like how the tragic villain was not contrived. And beware the meat grinder people!!!

Kingsman continues to do two things: 1) fill the screen with action and 2) bore you with action. Sound strange? It's the truth, action movies are so commonplace anymore that they need something more than just action to keep them going. This one has a weak storyline at best and tries to make up for it by CGI overdue and action after action sequence. If you like nothing but action, this one's for you. But, if you like a substantial storyline to be a part of your two hours in front of the television, there are many others that you'll like much better.

Overall a entertaining movie. While not meeting the depth of the original, it is just as quirky if not a little "extra". The biggest downside for me was the excessive use of CGI for certain ... beings... that you'll see in the movie. The first movie just has a villain that was a little more... real, if you could say that, where as this one's story line and secret base is a little questionable. This isn't a Daniel Craig Bond movie, so if you don't expect that and just look for something with a lot of fun and adventure, you'll be satisfied.
