A: Hello there, thank you for your question! We understand you're asking about the size of the induction elements on the LG LSIL6334FE Slide-In Induction Range. Here are the sizes of the induction elements for this model: Center Element: 6 inches (1,800W boost / 1,300W normal) Left Front Element: 8 inches (3,200W boost / 2,100W normal) Left Rear Element: 6 inches (1,800W boost / 1,300W normal) Right Front Element: 11 inches (3,900W boost / 2,400W normal) These sizes should provide a more consistent heating across your cookware. If you're experiencing uneven heating with your current cookware, ensure you're using induction-compatible pans with flat bottoms that match the size of the element for optimal performance. https://www.lg.com/us/cooking-appliances/lg-lsil6334fe-slide-in-induction-range#pdp_specs If you have more questions or need additional assistance, feel free to reach out via private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and we'd be happy to help! —Renzo
Q: What is the difference between convection and air fry modes?
A: Hello there, Ed. We understand your inquiry about the LG LSIL6334FE’s cooking modes. Below is an overview of how Convection and Air Fry differ on your induction range: Convection Mode Convection (ProBake Convection®) uses a dedicated fan and rear heating element to circulate hot air evenly throughout the oven cavity. This continuous airflow reduces hot and cool spots, allowing you to bake multiple racks of cookies, cakes, or roasts with consistent browning and doneness. The oven’s auto-conversion feature will automatically lower the set temperature by 25 °F (14 °C) to prevent over-browning on the outside while ensuring the interior cooks through properly. Air Fry Mode Air Fry leverages the same True Convection fan but at higher speed and temperature settings, combined with our specially designed Air Fry tray, to mimic deep-fried results with little to no oil. Hot air is super-heated and directed quickly around the food, producing a crispy exterior and juicy interior—ideal for fries, wings, and other “fried” favorites—all without the extra countertop appliance. Troubleshooting Tip If you notice uneven results in Convection Bake, ensure the oven racks are positioned centrally and not blocking airflow from the rear vent. For Air Fry, make sure you’re using the perforated Air Fry tray, allowing maximum air circulation; avoid overcrowding the tray so each piece crisps uniformly. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-6-3-cu-ft-smart-freestanding-electric-induction-true-convection-range-with-easyclean-and-air-fry-printproof-stainless-steel/6561841.p?skuId=6561841 For further personalization or to explore additional settings, please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport, and our team will be more than happy to help you elevate your cooking experience. Unbelievably terrible service with LG has rendered this stove/cooktop unusable. I ordered it from Best Buy on Feb 1st. The first delivery was cancelled, and rescheduled for March 19th. Long wait, but OK. Gas stove still works, it's fine. They deliver on the 19th, and I notice there is no racking or accessories. I need racks - I use the broiler, very very often. They tell me to call best buy, so I do. Best buy sends me to another best buy number, then to another best buy number and insists LG must have forgotten them, I call LG. LG says best buy forgot them. I call best buy again and after much runaround, convince the best buy rep to stay on the line while I phone LG. I conference them together and the best buy rep, who was very helpful, insists to LG that they know best buy does not do QC or unboxing and it's all in a single box, so if it's not there, LG must provide it and the LG rep begrudgingly agrees. Great job, buddy, you almost saved your company what, 30 bucks on metal and shipping? He texts with me back and forth to confirm and asks for a picture of the missing parts??? I send him the included photo of me not having them and them not being in the drawer. He says they will ship in 5-7 days, but it's been nearly a month and no arrival so I follow up with LG again. This time, I'm told that it was cancelled automatically because I didn't report the issue without 30 days of purchase, and silly me, I got it shipped as soon as possible, 40 days out! The lady understands and after much back and forth, she informs me that she will get the parts shipped. I'm extremely excited to find out why they were cancelled the next time and instead be forced to buy them. This experience has been so poor that I will never buy an LG product again, and I have 3 LG smart TVs. when those age out I guess I'll be looking at sony, because LG has lost a lifelong customer. This has been a terrible experience and terrible support for absolutely no reason on a brand new more than a thousand dollar purchase that I still cannot use and nothing they can do will ever fix this. For anyone else, I would not recommend the purchase of their devices. If you need support, god help you, you will not find it and you will spend 10+ hours getting put through the ringer on hold and bouncing around hostile IVRs until you finally get a live human on the line to lie to you and waste your time.

Works perfectly so far( which it should right? I mean ask me for another review in 5 and 10 years). The induction burners work amazingly well and boil water faster than any resistance based, traditional style electric stove I have ever used before. The oven works very well and I love having an air fryer built in. It's very easy to clean both the stove top and the oven. I like how the oven will alert on my phone when a timer is up or preheat is done. I only have minor gripes really, such as the fact that it's either impossible or difficult to figure out how to change the timer is up sound which is so melodious that I sometimes miss it when the house is loud. Also I wish the touch panel would light up before pressing a button. But overall I am completely impressed. My family cooks or bakes almost every day and this is a way better cooking device than our last stove/oven. It has already saved us time and made it easier to cook tasty food.
