Promotional E-Gift Cards Terms and Conditions
Select BestBuy.com orders, including Store Pickup, will receive an e-gift card. A valid email address is required to redeem. The e-gift card will be created and sent out after your eligible product is received, shipped or picked up in store. You may be asked to confirm your email address, and, if asked, you must respond to that email within 60 days to receive the e-gift card. E-gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions below, which may change from time to time. Best Buy promo e-Gift Cards are NOT the same as Cash Star Best Buy e-Gift Cards.
Providing a Valid Email Address
Best Buy is not responsible for e-gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address. Please check to make sure the email address is correct and contact Best Buy online at BestBuy.com, or call 1-888-716-7994.
If you have provided a correct email address, but the email containing the e-gift card has not been received within a reasonable period, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
- Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
- Recipient’s firewall blocked the email
- Email inbox is over size limit
- Invalid email address
If a spam filter is blocking [email protected] emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that [email protected] emails are not considered spam.
E-Gift Card Replacement
Lost, stolen or damaged cards replaced only with valid proof of purchase to extent of remaining card balance. If an e-gift card CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND THE SOLE LIABILITY OF BEST BUY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH E-GIFT CARD.
Special Offer Returns
If you return an item bought as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount and you do not return everything — not to worry. We will reimburse you for what you do return, minus the value of the discount or freebie.
