So, I'm having a pretty big problem with my Madden EA account. I have two Xbox profiles under the same EA account, and somehow these accounts became connected in a way. When I try to play a game or challenge on account 1, it will give me an error code. When I try to play a game on account 2, it will literally use my Ultimate Team from account 1. I contacted EA support and apparently I cannot unlink account 2 for another 6 months!? This game and company are absurd. Last Madden I'm ever buying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Super excited to play! The features are amazing! Love this game!
A:AnswerI have the Series S. This digital version will work on Series X and S but is NOT the same as dual entitlement versions offered with Madden 21. This Madden 22 digital copy allows you to play the XBOX One version only, so you won't get the new features that are being added for the next-gen consoles (XBOX Series X|S) when you play the previous-gen digital edition. The only physical disc versions that offer access for Madden 22 on Series S are the MVP and the Superstar editions that will have a digital download code for Series X|S consoles inside.
TL;DR - You can play the XBOX One digital version on all consoles, but its better to get the Series X digital versions to get all the new features for your Series S.
Hope this helps.
