Q: Can I use the phone Hot Spot to operate my laptop internet?
A: Yes you can. Please note it can vary on speed and coverage depending on the area where you plan on using this.
A: You prepay everything - they recently started adding the tax surcharges. When you activate the SIM card you get a 6 mo. plan and no additional charges. The Mint customer service is a good resource as well.
