Gorgeous
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This amiibo looks absolutely beautiful. I hate that it adds a feature to the game which technically means it's trapped behind a pay-wall, but this amiibo itself is absolutely gorgeous so it's worth picking up. Luckily, I was able to pick this one up with a total tech discount for only $10 so it was well worth the price and I was able to get the fast-travel feature on Skyward Sword HD because of it. I'd highly suggest picking this up if you're a fan of the game or the Zelda series in general and also if you love to collect amiibos.

Zelda amiibo
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a nice looking amiibo, I just buy the ones that I like to collect them, so I don’t use them in the games, with this amiibo you get the ability to fast travel to the sky wherever you are on the map in Skyward Sword, but I think that it is a little expensive just to get that ability, however I got this amiibo on sale for 5 dollars so, I can’t complain.

Good at a lower price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A cool looking Amiibo that was a bit overpriced at launch. It is actually useful in game though as it has a fast travel feature locked behind it.

This feature should be in the game itself
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The travel feature should have been implemented I. The game itself. Regardless it’s a cool collectible.

Q: QuestionWhen can I preorder
Asked by JBA.
- A:Answer Looks like it sold out immediately and is being sold by scalpers already. Disappointing.

Q: QuestionIs the amiibo available for preorder in store?
Asked by PaulD.
- A:Answer I asked one of the two guys in the gaming department, he looked stunned. "Huh!?! TheresgonnabeanAmiboZeldaskywardsword????" (Exact quote and pacing.). He ran to the computer and called over two other employees. Neither of them knew there was going to be a Loftwing Amibo... Now I had asked about pre-order in store. They forgot about me. I finally went to customer service who told me to pre-order it on the website. I asked IF it were possible to pre-order it in the physical store. The answer I received was "Why would you want to do that when you can pre-order it in the comfort of your own home". (Also an exact quote.). I explained about not being able to do so online and received a non-answer of "well, keep trying, that may work." I went to another BB store in the next city. I went straight to Customer Service. Their answer was simply, "No.".

Q: Questionhow do you keep selling out of things before they even come out
Asked by Bestbuysucksass.
- A:Answer Scalpers use bots to buy up all orders, then resell them at ridiculously high prices.

Q: QuestionYou guys suck. Please place a limit on these things. This has been going on for years, and it’s ridiculous. My grammar is not bad- they made me take out the apostrophe.
Asked by Gavin.
- A:Answer And Nintendo wonders why everyone resorts to the P-word.

Q: QuestionWhy am I still not able to preorder this? I wont pay scalper prices and I demand access to this
Asked by Scalperpurger.
- A:Answer Apparently they already had Pre-orders happen. I have heard two different times they opened, but cannot even confirm if the happened twice. This entire amiibo has been quite the difficult communication. GS apparently pre-ordered within 24h when normally they dont even have a page up within 3 days.
Answered by LordGeovanni
Q: QuestionWhy can't you require an ID for preorders and prevent scalpers from buying all of inventory before a regular person can preorder? I should just build my own bot to buy it before the scalpers do, I have faster internet than them...
Asked by Sabre.
- A:Answer Because they don't care about the customer, only making that $$$
Answered by BuckXN
Q: Questiondo you think they will have any in store on release or have scalpers already claimed all of them?
Asked by Wisp.
- A:Answer Historically they never reserve any for in store only. If the preorders sold out then any in the stores are just going to sit there in the stocking area reserved for buyer pickup. They really suck.

Q: QuestionIt is currently 11:36 PM, July 15th, this Amiibo doesn’t even release until the 16th! I waited all day and all night until midnight, how are they all sold out before the 16th?! This is absolutely infuriating! This truly isn’t fair. How does this happen?!
Asked by BanjoAndZelda.
- A:Answer According to Nintendolife, only a handful of pre-orders are actually going to be available and probably few to none will be available in the store until August due to "unforeseen shipping delays" that Nintendo hasn't elaborated on: "The Zelda & Loftwing amiibo figure is currently impacted by unforeseen shipping delays. As a result, only a small portion of the Zelda & Loftwing will be available on its scheduled July 16 launch date. Additional shipments are delayed until August. We will ship additional amiibo to retailers as soon as they arrive."
