Q: QuestionWill this keep a Ryzen 9 5900x very cool? Asking because I have a short attention span, and think it would be better to have a display stating the temperature for my case, but I don’t know if the cooler itself would cool the Ryzen 9 5900x

- A:Answer It will keep it cool...if it works. I've had this for a little over a month and when it was working it's awesome. The issue is CAM is terrible and just doesn't want to recognize my processor. It will white screen and lock up. Nothing has fixed it so far and I'm waiting to hear back from NZXT. Sadly, I don't think the Corsair is any better.

- A:Answer From nzxt Our Kraken Z73, X73, X72, Z63, X63, X62, X52, and X61 have passed AMD's validation for Ryzen Threadripper. ... NZXT will not be supplying Threadripper-compatible SocketTR brackets in our Kraken boxes, as AMD will be shipping these brackets directly with their CPUs.

- A:Answer No. You shouldnt ever really have to open an AIO cooler. They are closed loop systems so if the pump goes out or you break a line you just replace the whole thing.

- A:Answer It has the typical AIO supplies like Intel and AMD socket backplates and standoffs and nuts. The unit itself plugs in the motherboard via a 3 pin fan or pump header. It also has a USB connection that plugs into the motherboard for controlling it through the Windows application.
