Horrible experience.
I bought this to go with the computer system I just purchased from Best Buy and I was supposed to get this item on December 15th and have been going back and forth with the Best Buy total tech dept, FedEx express , FedEx ground and everyone in between to find this package. It is now December 24 and I am being told I can expect it maybe by the 27th and if not at least by the new year. I was also told that I would also not be able to get a refund to be able to go in to just buy this in person or a different one in person, I was told the only reason the total tech exists is to help people install things and not to help with orders. If there were zero stars that is what I would be giving! I also can’t add a photo because there are no photos to add, unless you want a photo of an empty porch, which is what I included.

Had just an office chair before hand so this is a big upgrade and I love it so much, so comfortable for gaming. Did a few 5 hour plus sessions and no pain or discomfort!

Piece of junk not worth even $50
This chair is a nightmare. The holes do not line up so it will make you think you're screwing it in but it will never stop turning because its putting another hole into the fabric. The directions have the parts listed as letters but the parts are listed with numbers so its a guessing game to figure it out. After finally thinking its done, there is a crack in the space between the seat and backing that isn't even. It wobbles and when I went to put it at the desk, a screw popped out onto the floor. I'm returning this piece of garbage and they should not be charging $220 for this junk.
