It is a nose hair trimmer.
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Great at what it does. I have some pretty gnarly hairs that grow from my nose and it just cleaves right through. Definitely use a rechargeable or lithium AA for that extra bit of chooch to get through the nose weeds.

Q: QuestionOn the Panasonic website, model is Panasonic ER-GN30-K. What is the difference between the ER-GN30-H and ER-GN30-K? Is K a newer model?

- A:Answer The -K (with a blue ring) is an older model than the -H. I had both and they are exactly the same but different color.
