Vinyl Pressing. 2014 album from the rapper and producer. Freddie Gibbs is the product of violent, drug-laden streets but unlike most rappers with similar resumes, he brings the block to the booth without inhibition or an exaggerated rap persona. PINATA, a 17 track collaboration with producer Madlib, is the best distillation yet of his transparent approach to making music, combining an at times stark honesty with electrifying talent as a lyricist and performer. PINATA is 'a gangster Blaxploitation film on wax,' says Gibbs, who came up on the streets of Gary, Indiana, the disregarded city previously best known for producing Michael Jackson. Here he is joined by Mac Miller, Earl Sweatshirt, Raekwon, Scarface, Domo Genesis, Ab-Soul and a host of others in setting his soliloquies of the streets alongside film snippets and dusted Funk, Soul and Progressive musical tapestries. Album Tracks 1. Supplier 2. Scarface 3. Deeper 4. High Ft. Danny Brown 5. Harold's 6. Bomb Ft. Raekwon 7. Shitsville 8. Thuggin' 9. Real 10. Uno 11. Robes Ft. Domo Genesis & Earl Sweatshirt 12. Broken Ft. Scarface 13. Lakers Ft. Ab-Soul & Polyester the Saint 14. Knicks 15. Shame Ft. BJ the Chicago Kid 16. Watts Ft. Big Time Watts 17. Piñata Ft. Domo Genesis, G-Wiz, Casey Veggies, Sulaiman, Meechy Darko, & Mac Miller

Limited double 180 gram vinyl LP pressing. The Infamous is the second studio album by the American hip hop duo Mobb Deep, released in 1995. The album features guest appearances from Nas and Wu-Tang Clan members Reakwon and Ghostface Killah. It marked Mobb Deep's transition from a relatively unknown rap duo to an influential and commercially successful one. One of the cornerstones of the New York hardcore movement, The Infamous is Mobb Deep's masterpiece, a relentlessly bleak song cycle that's been hailed by hardcore rap fans as one of the most realistic gangsta albums ever recorded. This is hard, underground hip hop that demands to be met on it's own terms, with few melodic hooks to draw the listener in. Similarly, there's little pleasure or relief offered in the picture of the streets Mobb Deep paint here. They inhabit a war zone where crime and paranoia hang constantly in the air. The product of an uncommon artistic vision, The Infamous stands as an all-time gangsta/hardcore classic. Album Tracks 1. The Start of Your Ending (41st Side) 2. [The Infamous Prelude] 3. Survival of the Fittest 4. Eye for a Eye (Your Beef Is Mines) 5. [Just Step Prelude] 6. Give Up the Goods (Just Step) 7. Temperature's Rising 8. Up North Trip 1. Trife Life 2. Q.U. - Hectic 3. Right Back at You 4. [The Grave Prelude] 5. Cradle to the Grave 6. Drink Away the Pain (Situations) 7. Shook Ones Pt. II 8. Party Over
