Slow Roasting
Give high-quality meat the treatment it deserves by Slow Roasting. This professional method cooks meat gently at low temperatures, so it retains a great deal of its natural flavor and nutrients. Your meat dishes will be tender, flavorsome, and succulent, and you will be able to carve the meat as soon as the cooking process is over. There is no need to rest the meat after cooking, as the meat juices will be evenly distributed.
Timer Function
