• I would assume so since in the Amazon store it comes from China. But I’m unsure of all laws.

• All Switch systems are region free so this will work on all Switch systems. Seeing how Nin is entering China it's only a matter of time before they start selling their games there. So you can either order it now or wait until it's available in China. Good luck.
