No, the 1 NIKKOR 10mm f/2.8 Wide-Angle lens is designed specifically for Nikon 1 Camera bodies and will not fit on a DSLR like the D50. For your D50 look for NIKKOR lenses (not 1 NIKKOR) like the AF-S DX NIKKOR 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5G ED Ultra-Wide Zoom Lens.
